Shipping Conditions

With the release of this price list, all previous price lists become invalid. Product range and pricing are subject to change and errors excepted.

Pricing Information:

Dealer purchase prices are stated excluding statutory VAT.

Recommended retail prices are stated including applicable VAT.

Payment Terms:

10 days: 3% early payment discount
30 days: Net payment without deduction

Shipping Terms:

Shipping costs apply to orders with a net value below €750. Exact charges can be found in the table below.

Minimum order value: For orders below €150 net, we charge a small order fee of €4.90 net additionally.

Returns and Complaints:

Returns will only be accepted if shipped prepaid.

Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges of properly delivered goods are only possible with prior agreement and written confirmation by VICTOR Europe.

For return labels, we charge a fee according to the table on the right. For countries not listed, please contact VICTOR directly.
